Institutional:
1. Decree of Appointment as Head / Chairperson Sentra KI (.pdf file)
2. Letter of willingness to comply with the ASKII membership regulations (.pdf file)
3. Membership fee of Rp. 500,000.00 (file .jpg)
4. Pas photo (.jpg max 200kb)
Individual:
1. Cover letter / statement from the oversight institution (.pdf file)
2. Letter of willingness to comply with the ASKII membership regulations (.pdf file)
3. Membership fee of Rp. 100,000.00 (file .jpg)
4. Passport Photo (.jpg max 200kb)

Individual
- Fill in the individual membership form
- Make payment of membership dues as specified
- Submit several administrative requirements for individuals
- Upload cover letter/statement from the oversight institution
- Upload a letter of willingness tocomply with the ASKII membership regulation
- Pas photo
- Upload proof of payment of ASKII membership dues
Institutional
- Fill in the institutional membership renewal form
- Make payment of membership dues as specified
- Submit some administrative requirements for Institutional
- Upload a copy of the decision letter of appointment to be the Head / Chair that is still valid
- Upload a letter of willingness to comply with the ASKII membership regulation
- Pas photo
- Send proof of payment of ASKII membership dues

Registered Membership
Registered membership is an institution or individual that is accepted as membership in the ASKII organization. This registered membership has completed administrative requirements and other obligations and has been approved by the head of membership as a registered member.
